Jimmy has been a professional musician for over twenty years. His ten years in the Los Angeles area have allowed him to explore a diversity of musical interests. He is well versed in Western and jazz concepts and with a deep appreciation for the music of the world, he strives to blend these influences into a personal voice. His credits include Freddie Hubbard, Ivan Neville, Kevyn Lettau, Russell Ferrante, Airto Moreira, Persian pop star Ebi Hamedi and Moroccan artist Hassan Hakmoun, to name a few. Jimmy also performs regularly in the Los Angeles area with his bands Babaghanoush and Wahid with drummer/percussionist Chris Wabich.
